- To send donation receipts and acknowledgment letters required by the IRS

- Microsoft 365 — organizational communications are processed through Microsoft's infrastructure
Data Retention
We retain donor records and correspondence for a minimum of 7 years as required by IRS regulations for nonprofit organizations. Volunteer inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion of your data outside of legally required retention periods.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
