About HonorBound Heroes
HonorBound Heroes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 99-1356980) headquartered in Remus, Michigan (Mecosta County). Our mission is ending veteran homelessness through emergency relief, resource connections, and housing advocacy.
Donation Terms & Tax Deductibility
Donations to HonorBound Heroes are generally tax-deductible under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable absent extraordinary circumstances determined solely by HonorBound Heroes.
Quid Pro Quo Disclosure
A quid pro quo contribution occurs when a donor receives goods or services in exchange for a donation. If HonorBound Heroes receives a quid pro quo contribution exceeding $75, we will provide a written disclosure stating the deductible amount and a good faith estimate of the fair market value of goods/services received, as required by IRC Section 6115.
Currently, all donations through our website are purely charitable — no goods or services are provided in exchange. The full donation amount is potentially tax-deductible.
Charitable Solicitation Disclosure
HonorBound Heroes solicits charitable contributions from the public. We are registered or registering in states requiring nonprofit charitable solicitation registration. Registration does not imply endorsement by any state agency.

Acceptable Use
You may not use this Site to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit spam, gain unauthorized system access, collect others' personal data without consent, or impersonate HonorBound Heroes.
Intellectual Property
All Site content including text, images, logos, and the "Where Compassion Meets Commitment" tagline are property of HonorBound Heroes. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited except for personal non-commercial use.
